Demon Slayer: yaiba no yaiba – hinokami Chronicles 2 We have revealed an introduction trailer for the third character. This time, it features Mitri Kanroji, the love slut. The sequel game previously featured Tanjiro Kamado and Muichiro Tokito, and began release on August 1st on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.
The sequel will be built on previous titles using new story content, a larger character roster and new gameplay mechanics. It covers Entertainment District Ark, Sword Smith Village Arkand Hashira Training Ark Also, all nine Hashira, the original 18 characters from the first game, the demon of the previous update, and Entertainment District Ark.
In the new trailer, Mitori, who is facing Zohakutenform from Upper Moon 4 Hunting, shows off some of the game’s battle gameplay.

A new visual with Ufotable and a second trailer has been released previously, featuring Mitsuri alongside Tanjiro and all the other playable Hashira.

Summer 2025 will grow Demon slayer fan
The game continues Mugen Train The Revival Screening begins in Japan on May 9, 2025 and will feature 4K films along with remixed Dolby Atmos Sound. Also, it will be prior to release of Demon Slayer: Infinity CastleIt will premiere in Japan on July 18th, 2025.

Game background
first Demon Slayer: Kimet Yaiba No Yaiba – hinokami Chronicle Developed by CyberConnect2 and released in October 2021. Aniplex released the game in Japan, and Sega handled the global release. It was originally available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Windows, but was later released on the Nintendo Switch in June 2022. As of December 9, 2024, the game has sold over 4 million copies.
Future sequels are based on the original game, expanding the playable character roster and improving combat mechanics. Details about gameplay updates and additional content will be shared as the release date approaches.
